- A PSD file stores an image with support for most imaging option in Photoshop, like layers with masks, transparency, text, alpha channels and spot colors, clipping paths and dutone setting
- A PSD file has maximum height and width of 30,000 pixels and length limit of 2GB.
PSB
- PSB stands for "Photoshop Big" also known as "large document format".
- It have maximum height and width of 300,000 pixels and length limit around 4 exabyte.
